Every product is hand poured and prepared in small batches in South Australia. We take care with every order and appreciate your support of a small, independent studio.

Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are packed within 2 business days.

During collection launches or peak seasons, processing times may extend slightly. We always prioritise quality and care over rushing production.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email.

Australian Shipping

We currently ship Australia wide.

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2 to 8 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1 to 4 business days after dispatch

Delivery timeframes are provided by the postal carrier and may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and parcel weight.

From time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping during special promotions.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

This includes opened, used or incorrectly selected fragrance purchases. We recommend reading scent descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us via email (info@annajayne.com.au) within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damage

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

Incorrect Address or Returned Parcels

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Anna Jayne is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
